Last updated: [October 14, 2026]

This Privacy Policy explains how CryptoChainClarity (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating the website https://cryptochainclarity.com (the “Site”), collects, uses and shares information when you visit the Site. By using the Site you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The Site is operated by CryptoChainClarity Media. For any privacy question or request, contact us at contact@cryptochainclarity.com or through our Contact page.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

  • Contact form: when you write to us, we collect your name, email address, subject and message. We use this only to reply to you.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Server logs: our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, referring page, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. This is used for security, troubleshooting and preventing abuse.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: small files stored on your device, as well as web beacons, pixels and device identifiers. See Section 4 and our Cookies Policy.

We do not ask for, and do not want you to send us, sensitive information such as wallet private keys, seed phrases, passwords or financial account details. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys.

3. How we use information

  • To operate, maintain and secure the Site.
  • To respond to messages you send us.
  • To understand how visitors use the Site and improve our content (analytics, with your consent where required).
  • To display advertising that helps fund the Site (see Section 4).
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Advertising and Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense, a service provided by Google LLC, to display ads on the Site. In connection with this:

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites.
  • Google’s use of advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • Google and its partners may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers, to collect information as a result of ad serving on this Site.
  • Other third-party ad vendors or networks certified by Google may also use cookies to serve ads on the Site. A list of these vendors is available in our consent banner.

You can learn how Google uses data when you use partner sites at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

How to opt out of personalized advertising

If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, for example which pages are popular and how long people stay. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser information. We do not use Google Analytics to collect personally identifiable information. You can prevent Google Analytics from using your data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

If you visit the Site from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising) through a consent management platform that supports the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.

7. Legal bases for processing (GDPR)

  • Consent: analytics and personalized advertising cookies.
  • Legitimate interests: security, server logs, preventing fraud and replying to messages.
  • Legal obligation: when we are required by law to keep or disclose information.

8. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the Site, such as our hosting provider (Hostinger), our email provider and the anti-spam tools for our contact form.
  • Advertising and analytics partners such as Google, as described in Sections 4 and 5.
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of users.

9. International data transfers

Some of our providers, including Google, may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

10. Data retention

  • Contact form messages: kept for up to [24 months], then deleted.
  • Server logs: kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider, generally no more than [90 days].
  • Cookies: kept for the periods described in our Cookies Policy.

11. Your rights

EEA/UK residents have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of their personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

California and other US state residents may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise this right, use the opt-out links in Section 4 or contact us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To make any request, email contact@cryptochainclarity.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

12. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
